  • Designed and implemented a B2B and B2C sales transformation for a multinational company. Determined customer profitability and designed the go-to-market approach, coverage model, right-sized organization, and commercial enablement tools to drive profitable growth.
  • Led the marketing transformation for a $2 billion commercial and consumer products business. Optimized spend efficiency and effectiveness across markets, programs, and media channels and designed a new, lower cost organization and operating model to sustain value capture.
  • Led the development of a new operating model and organizational structure spanning commercial, operational, and industrial functions for one of the largest specialty chemicals companies delivering over $300 million in value.
