Omar is a Senior Vice President in AlixPartners Business and Functional Transformation Practice. He helps organizations drive performance, fast-track transformations, and delivers expertise in data strategy.
Omar primarily serves in the private equity sector and has extensive experience in strategy and portfolio transformations, new business building, growth, and digital and analytic transformations. He has led numerous IT due diligences across the healthcare and retail sectors.
Omar serves on the board of PowerPlay NYC and mentors for The TEAK Fellowship. He was formerly on the Board of Directors of Mentorship for Georgia Tech's Ivan Allen College Liberal Arts.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Omar worked in data analytics consulting at FTI Consulting as a Director in the Office of the CFO practice and in financial transformation consulting at KPMG as a Project Manager generalist for various clients across healthcare, utilities, and financial services.
