After 5 years working as a software engineer, scrum master, and project leader for Morgan Stanley, Antoine joined AlixPartners in 2022 to lead tech transformation initiatives in the Performance and Technology practice.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, Antoine helps clients harness their technology resources to drive meaningful value creation. He specializes in IT organizational improvements and technology rescue projects but has also contributed to firmwide transformation projects and M&A transactions across various industries (Retail, TIC, Pharmaceuticals).
For a major grocery retailer, Antoine reorganized their €200M IT department to move towards a product oriented operating model and reduce cost. He then served as interim Delivery Lead for the firm's Digital Transformation Program driving further governance, architecture, and operating model enhancements. Finally, he also has experience with full company turnarounds and cross-function EBITDA improvement plans.
Antoine graduated from McGill University and INSEAD with both tech and business degrees. He uses his blend of technical, project, and industry experience to help clients tackle pressing digital challenges "when it really matters."
