Albert has 10+ years of practical experience on manufacturing and supply chain, equally split between industry and consulting. He has served clients from multiple industries in Greater China ranging from electronics, automotive, industrial, retail, pharmaceutical etc., and delivered concrete bottom line improvements. He is well experienced with operations improvement & transformations, performance turnarounds, due diligence, digital transformation and operations management for discrete manufacturing companies.
Albert was a member of McKinsey’s Greater China Operations team before joining AlixPartners. He previously worked in Baker Hughes, an oil-field service company as Lean Leader based in Singapore, championing manufacturing, digital and supply chain management process improvements.
