Since joining AlixPartners in 2019, Conor has exclusively focused on assisting clients in the food retail sector. He has worked with a variety of clients in the industry, ranging from traditional grocers and drug stores to mass and club retailers.
Prior to AlixPartners, Conor worked in the commodities trading industry. In these roles he managed international logistics, negotiated costs across the supply chain, and actively managed financial risks.
Conor is known for his analytical skills, problem-solving approach, and results-oriented mindset. His attention to detail and practical solutions consistently delivers impactful results, helping clients shape their businesses with precision and strategic foresight.
During his tenure at AlixPartners, Conor assisted clients on a variety of strategic initiatives. These encompassed driving M&A activities, developing private label strategies, implementing shrink reduction measures, and reinventing of category strategies.
