Aditya brings extensive experience and an operator mindset to large-scale commercial and cost transformations, driving tangible results to improve business performance across the deal cycle. He has a successful track record in delivering high-impact results across topics spanning sales and service effectiveness, go-to-market (GTM) design, portfolio simplification, and procurement transformation. Aditya’s efforts with multinational organizations and private equity portfolio companies have helped clients transform their operations and achieve significant improvement in EBITDA margins.

Prior to AlixPartners, Aditya has held advisory roles at a procurement consulting firm and an international non-governmental organization.

Aditya has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a Master of Science in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
