Nick has more than 8 years of global experience with a specific focus on performance improvement and cost-reduction programs, restructuring, organizational transformation as well as sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for automotive OEMs and within the automotive supplier industry.
He was formerly a Senior Associate at Rothschild & Co’s automotive Investment Banking division in London, where he focused on traditional automotive and auto-tech related mandates, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions in US and Asia.
Before, Nick was a Manager at Porsche Consulting and responsible for the development of the company’s “Rightsizing” service offering, generating tailored performance improvement solutions to predominantly automotive and industrial goods clients.
