Jorge has over 18 years of consulting and industry experience with focus on performance transformation, including procurement, strategic sourcing, complex contract negotiations, indirect and direct procurement, operations and organization improvement. His industry expertise includes decentralized service operations, manufacturing operations, distribution, heavy industries, private equity, among others.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Jorge was with Precision Drilling where he led Supply Chain globally and with McKinsey in United States and Latin America.
Jorge is an Industrial Engineering from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
