Andrew Valentini has extensive experience in financial restructuring and distressed investing. His expertise includes business plan development, liquidity analysis, sales processes, valuations, claims analysis and litigation support. He has experience with official committees of unsecured creditors across a variety of industries including retail, media and entertainment, financial services and energy.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Andrew was a senior investment analyst at VonWin Capital, evaluating and investing in distressed credits worldwide. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Finance) with Energy Specialization from Tulane University.
Andrew has served as the Financial Advisor to several notable committees and lenders, including the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for Enviva, Essar Steel, Verso Corp, American Apparel, A&P, and Haggen. Additionally, he has advised the 2nd Lien Lenders of Relativity Media.
