Previously at Aon plc, John conducted diligence assessments, industry research analyses, and valuations of early-stage (Series B and later) growth companies and their intellectual property. He managed project deliverables that provided IP-collateralized and insured debt to borrowers.
John prepared valuations for potential transactions, gift and estate planning, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, and employee stock ownership plans at a public accounting firm prior to Aon.
He has experience in a wide range of industries including software, health care, electronic equipment, biotechnology, aerospace & defense, leisure & entertainment, semiconductor, and manufacturing and distribution.
John has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and management from Purdue University. He is a licensed certified public accountant in Illinois with an accreditation in business valuation from the American Institute of CPAs.
