For the past decade, he has been instrumental in strategy development, new business creation, profitability enhancement, business portfolio restructuring, and M&A activities. His expertise spans energy, industrial goods, telecom, consumer goods, logistics, healthcare, and more.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Ryuta launched and led the power retail business unit at ENEOS, Japan's largest oil company, demonstrating his capability in spearheading major initiatives. At Boston Consulting Group, he served as a principal, driving projects that supported trading companies (Sogo Shosha) and prominent Japanese firms in the energy, telecom, and manufacturing sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked at Softbank as an engineer, laying the foundation for his technical and strategic acumen.
Ryuta has an MBA with Honors from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
