Matei helps clients define cost reduction programs, perform footprint optimization and establish a program office for implementation. Prior to joining AlixPartners Matei worked for a tier-1 strategy consulting company in Switzerland. Matei holds an MBA from London Business School and a master’s degree in industrial engineering (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur) from Karlsruhe University
