- Served as interim manager and successfully implemented a growth initiative for a medium-sized security technology group, involving business plan validation, financing concept development, conversion to a rental model, refinancing, and group-wide reorganization.
- Managed cash desk operations for a €1-billion diverse energy group, developing and tracking cash measures, enhancing cash management quality, conducting monthly cash tests and bi-weekly reporting to financiers, and refining a hedging concept for trading.
- Led the "Footprint" workstream in a major restructuring program for an international Tier 1 automotive supplier, achieving, overseeing relocation, M&A, and business closure projects, negotiating social plans and reconciliation of interests.
- Managed the preparation and implementation of numerous restructuring concepts in accordance with IDW S6 for globally active companies in mechanical and plant engineering, automotive, manufacturing and trade.
