Javier has 15+ years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
He has led large end-to-end organization transformations, with a strong focus on developing and executing go-to-market strategies for hardware, software, and services businesses. His recent focus areas are product and channel strategy, positioning, assortment, pricing, and sales force effectiveness. Javier has had professional engagements in the consumer and enterprise segments in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he held various strategy and operations roles at Samsung Electronics. He was also previously a strategy consultant and an engineer.
Javier has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a MSc / BSc in Telecommunication Engineering from Malaga University.
