Martin has more than 10 years of global business experience and has led large cost out and operational transformation projects, complex product launches, efficiency programs, and restructuring projects. He was formerly a Senior Manager with Porsche Consulting, and clients benefit from his extensive expertise in procurement excellence, cost reduction, outsourcing, and turnaround management. He was also a team lead at AUDI AG, driving strategy execution in procurement.
