Cord Weirich

Cord supports companies in large-scale transformation and restructuring projects by providing readily implementable strategic and operational consulting. He has over 10 years of experience in both business and consulting roles.

He is a member of the Restructuring & Turnaround practice and the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry group with a special focus on the European fiber market.

Previously, Cord worked as a manager at goetzpartners Management Consultants, supporting clients around the world, and as head of controlling for the Global Onsite Services business unit at IT company Atos, working in both Germany and India.

Cord is a pragmatic, hands-on leader who has supported numerous clients in complex, high-stakes restructuring situations with services including liquidity planning, cash management, organizational transformation, and headcount-related measures.

Projects included, among others, the holistic turnaround for a West African telco, the global footprint optimization for an international technology company, SG&A efficiency and organizational optimization programs at a leading European logistics company, and site transfers for multiple construction machinery companies.

Cord is a graduate of the University of Mannheim and holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Accounting.
