Helge leads strategy, performance improvement, and transformation projects for clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.
Serving large telecommunication providers, digital infrastructure funds & operators, and media companies, he has broad experience in working hands-on with top management and operational teams. His area of expertise includes strategy review, due diligence, restructuring, digital transformation, and operational improvement.
Helge has been working and teaching at the intersection of Business Performance Management, Strategy, and Corporate Finance for more than a decade. Before joining AlixPartners, he worked as a project leader for the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, and a master's degree in Accounting & Finance from University of St. Gallen.
