Mike is the Global Leader of the Digital Innovation Practice at AlixPartners. He has spent more than 30 years driving client value through optimizing information technology and R&D organizations. He has a track record for helping organizations successfully transform IT and R&D operations, delivering value through leading-edge technologies, IT governance, organizational design and how to better align with strategic business goals.
He has extensive expertise in building digital solutions for many industries leveraging the latest technology and processes in cloud architectures, SaaS and PaaS platforms, as well as IoT, AI, and ML. Mike has led multiple large-scale transformations of software product and engineering organizations using a variety of agile methodologies and has helped clients successfully convert from project to product-led processes.
He has also developed and executed cloud migration strategies and has served as an interim Technology Leader for several clients undergoing large transformations. He has led more than 20 transactions for software and technology companies including take privates, mergers, acquisitions, and carve outs.
