Jason has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients on out-of-court and in-court restructurings, M&A and capital raising with over 60 completed transactions.
His expertise includes capital planning, financial restructuring, M&A strategy, business plan development, liquidity analysis, cost savings analysis, contingency planning, lender negotiations and business line divestitures. He has assisted management teams and financial sponsors across a variety of industries including financial services, fintech, real estate and retail.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Jason was an Executive Director in investment banking at Moelis & Company and began his career at KBW, a Stifel Company. Jason earned a B.A. in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. with Highest Distinction from the Cornell Johnson School of Management. Jason has passed numerous NASD securities exams, including the Series 7 and 63 exams.
