Paul advises clients on high profile competition and regulatory matters. He has over a decade of experience advising clients on competition investigations, merger reviews, market studies, regulatory interventions, and litigation across the UK, EU, and globally. He has a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients across various industry sectors, particularly the payments sector, including account-to-account payments, payment cards, and cash. Paul has worked at several other economics consultancies prior to joining AlixPartners.
Paul holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, and has authored a number of articles regarding competition economics.
