Pietro has developed and executed strategic cost reduction and business model redesign initiatives for both midmarket companies and large corporations. He has expertise in cash management, working capital optimization, and debt restructuring, particularly in situations of financial distress.
Pietro holds an MSc with honors (110/110) in Business and Law and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from Bocconi University. He also studied abroad at IESE Business School and at Quinn School of Business.
