Alexander advises private equity and corporate clients on value creation, multinational transformation as well as global M&A programs.
With more than 7 years of consulting and industry experience, Alexander provides readily implementable strategic consulting and hands-on execution guidance in challenging situations. He focuses on performance improvement and value creation, post-merger integration and holistic transformations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Alexander worked as an Investment Manager at a globally leading HVAC manufacturer and focused on value creation for global subsidiaries, especially through buy-and-build strategies as well as operational excellence programs. Before that, he gained in-depth experience in operational transaction services and execution at a Big4 firm.
He holds a masters degree in Corporate Management from University of Applied Sciences Europe.
