Andri advises and supports clients in achieving operational excellence. He has more than ten years of global business experience in operations and project management, in leading cross-functional teams, and in delivering significant performance improvements.
He focuses specifically on operations strategy, operational excellence programs, organizational development (product development, industrial engineering), production, and supply chain and logistics.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a Senior Project Manager at Mettler Toledo, where he led a groupwide global supply chain strategy rollout. Before that, he was Head of Engineering at Franke Water Systems AG, a leading Swiss kitchen and bathroom equipment manufacturer.
Andri holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from ETH Zurich, Switzerland. He wrote his master’s thesis at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA. He has lived on four continents and speaks English, German, French, and basic Italian.
Andri also has experience as a board member and is an active member of several sports clubs and other private associations.
