Andrew LeSueur is a Partner & Managing Director in the Performance and Technology Practice at AlixPartners, where he helps clients accelerate performance through leadership effectiveness, organizational change, and operational transformation. With a focus on aligning leaders with strategy, organization model/structure, and culture to deliver measurable impact, Andrew works closely with executive teams and boards to deliver impact and drive sustainable growth.
Andrew brings more than 30 years of experience in professional services, including over a decade leading transformation programs. Before joining AlixPartners, he was the Global Managing Partner of Heidrick Consulting, where he launched and grew a $100M leadership advisory business. Recent client work included: leading the CEO succession process for a F50 services firm, helping a UK retailer’s leaders prepare to launch a new 5 year strategy, and supporting a PE-backed telecom provider identify and address leadership and related operational gaps following a spinoff.
He previously served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on operations improvement and post-merger integration, and was a Principal at ATK.
Andrew also serves on the board of DOMUS, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged youth in Stamford, CT. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
