  • Developed store footprint optimization plan for retail pharmacy client. Strategy aimed to maximize immediate cash flow accretion of store real estate decisions, while also prioritizing customer and patient retention leading to ~$2.5B of forecasted shareholder value improvement.
  • Worked with fortune 500 agriculture commodities client to develop an Argentina participation strategy weighing the risk of FX losses, political instability, and subsequent cash flow impact sensitivities to the parent company.
  • Led engagements with global original-equipment-manufacturer (OEM) regional dealerships to accelerate aftermarket parts and services growth; identified opportunities across numerous industry verticals and dealers, leading to $2 billion in incremental sales potential.
  • Worked with a global OEM to develop a granular understanding of concentrations and drivers of economic profitability; analysis revealed a significantly underperforming plant, driven by variance costs 2.5x those of best-in-class client plants; subsequent analysis found that all major client product groups had more-profitable sourcing alternatives to the plant in question; regional participation strategies were also identified to maximize economic profit.
