Alejandro is a results-driven problem solver who uses a data-driven, analytical approach to tackle complex business challenges. His ability to work collaboratively and think outside the box has significantly improved internal operations, supply chain management, and high-pressure situations.
With over seven years of experience managing operations projects across various industries, including healthcare, food and beverages, restaurants, retail, and consumer products. Alejandro has a proven track record in procurement projects, spend control, and project management. His expertise also includes optimizing warehouses, leading company transformations, reducing inventory, and implementing S&OP processes.
Before joining Alix Partners, he was a continuous improvement manager for AB In Bev in the Middle Americas Zone, where he successfully directed business intelligence projects and ensured process improvement and compliance in over ten countries.
Alejandro holds a Mechanical-Electric Engineering degree and a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Transportation & Logistics.
