Matthew Schneider is a Director within the AI & ML team out of the New York office. He has expertise in data anonymization and marketing analytics and is a recognized expert in forecasting where he led the Foresight Practitioner Conference.
He founded a consulting firm with clients in fintech, energy, financial services, pharma, and government. He partnered with management to improve the science of data-driven practices for increased profitability.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Matthew was a tenured professor with nearly 40 publications in leading scientific journals. He started his career as a Naval Officer on the USS Boxer and later worked for several years at the RAND Corporation as well as a director of quant research at a fund of hedge funds.
