Edward Watabe

Edward is a Senior Vice President in the Performance & Technology practice at AlixPartners, specializing in Cybersecurity. He partners with clients to assess, design, and implement strategies that strengthen cyber programs, reduce risk, and enhance digital trust across complex environments.

Edward brings deep experience in security and privacy from his multiple years working in consulting, primarily in the Technology and Financial Services space. He has advised on global organizations on a wide range of IT challenges, ranging from assessing and designing cyber programs to applying security best practices to Active Directory domains. 

Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, with concentrations in Management Information Systems, Operations Management, and Finance. His background at the intersection of business and technology informs his practical, outcomes-driven approach to cybersecurity.
