Zach is bilingual in English and Mandarin. He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and a Partner in the Dispute and Valuation practice with AlixPartners. 

Zach has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on valuation, economic loss and accounting issues, primarily in the context of litigation, arbitration and expert determinations. His range of experience includes investor-state disputes, post-acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes, valuation of businesses and loss of profit claims. Over his career, Zach has prepared reports over 50 matters for submission to Cayman Islands, Hong Kong and US courts, as well as to HKIAC, ICC, ICDR, LCIA, ICSID, and UNCITRAL under their arbitration rules.

His industry experience spans aviation, automotive, construction, crypto, education, energy, financial services, gaming, hospitality, insurance, metals and mining, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, real estate and renewable energy.

Before joining AlixPartners, he was a Director with a global consulting services practice and a Manager with an international audit firm.

Zach earned a Bachelor of Commerce studying at the University of Toronto. In addition, he received a CBV (Chartered Business Valuator) Charter and a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation in Canada.
