He has successfully designed and led large-scale transformation and operational improvement programs across industries, often in cross-border settings (Europe, Asia, Africa), consistently achieving or exceeding targeted results.

Previously, he worked in CFO consulting at an international advisory firm and held roles at IBM and Siemens.
