Crypto mining validation
Situation: Board Special Committee of a public company required assurance of the company’s international mining activity across multiple blockchains to defend against an investor suit
Actions: Traced direct and pooled mining activity to company-provided wallets and estimated USD income by wallet, location, and coin
Result: Our reports were leveraged in defense of the suit and in support of future material disclosures
NFT Recovery
Situation: Owner of well-known Ethereum-based NFT had assets stolen through a sophisticated phishing attack
Actions: Analyzed the attack fact pattern, transaction activity and forensically examined Ethereum transactions
Result: Identified multiple attacker addresses and transactions tied to exchanges and provided evidence of asset egress used for subpoenas and pleadings seeking recovery
