Simon is a licensed insolvency practitioner who brings more than 30 years of experience in assisting companies and their stakeholders as they contend with financial, strategic, and operational challenges. Simon’s clients benefit from his expertise in the areas of corporate restructuring, reorganization, and simplification, in which he focuses on both balance sheet and profit-and-loss issues while applying his stakeholder management, mediation, and negotiation skills. Simon has worked worldwide and served as an advisor to companies operating in every major industry sector, and he has gained hands-on experience as a senior manager in financial services as well as automotive- and property-based businesses. Simon is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an accredited mediator.
